Right now, the stress, depression, anxiety and panic niches are growing. They've been steadily increasing over time, affecting a wide demographic - young and old, rich and poor, male and female - you name it.
But right now we're in an election year and just happen to have a global health issue to contend with, so people are dealing with an unusual load of emotions. It's an evergreen niche you can get into by itself or weave it into other niches you're in, like career, parenting, health, and so on.
There's something I've seen a lot of in my 20+ years as an online marketer. People will want desperately to start and succeed in a niche, but once they've chosen it, they're lost on a lot of details that have to do with being able to brainstorm and customize their efforts.
